Nomination committee appointed for Nordtech’s 2027 Annual General Meeting

The Nomination Committee comprises the following members:

• Peter Lundkvist, appointed by Tredje AP-fonden
• Caspar Callerström, appointed by Bubble Boy AB
• Annika Sigfrid, appointed by Wealins S.A
• David Frykman, Chairman of Nordtech’s Board of Directors

The Nomination Committee shall, for the 2027 Annual General Meeting, prepare proposals regarding the election of Chairman of the General Meeting, the number of Board members, composition of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors, auditor, fees for the Board, auditor and for committee work, as well as changes to the instructions for the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee represents 28 percent of the total voting rights of Nordtech per the ownership structure as of 31 August 2026.
