David Frykman

Chair of the Board. David Frykman has more than 25 years of experience as entrepreneur, investor and business leader. He is currently General Partner at Norrsken VC and has over the years played a key role as investor and/or board member in several of Sweden’s most successful brands, including Acne Studios, Matsmart, Budbee, GeoGuessr and Mentimeter. David was previously also the owner and CEO of Gymgrossisten. He holds an MSc in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc in Psychology and Philosophy from Stockholm University.

Pål Hodann

Board member. Pål is one of the founders of Nordtech and has more than 20 years of experience in private investments and corporate finance advisory, with involvement in companies such as Gymgrossisten, Intellecta and Measure Connect Display. Pål holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Nils Bergman

Board member. Nils Bergman is the founder and CEO of Nordtech Group, with more than 15 years of experience in leading and developing software companies. Prior to founding Nordtech, he held executive roles in SaaS companies such as Reachmee, CatalystOne, and Worldfavor, serving as CEO and/or board member. Nils holds an MSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm University and is an active contributor to the Nordic tech eco system.

Anna-Karin Celsing

Board Member. Anna-Karin Celsing currently serves as a board member in several companies and organisations, including Castellum, Volati, Lannebo Fonder and the Tim Bergling Foundation. She has previously served on the boards of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Carnegie and Landshypotek Bank, and as Chair of SVT. Anna-Karin Celsing has also served as Head of Investor Relations at Swedbank and was part of at Ratos group management team serving as Chief Communications Officer.

Marlene Forsell

Board Member. Marlene Forsell also serves as a board member of Kambi, Nobia, NCAB Group, AddSecure, Viedoc and Norican Group. She has previously served on the boards of InDex Pharmaceuticals and Lime Technologies, and has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Swedish Match.
