We enhance successful businesses

About us

Our history
Nordtech was founded on the belief that a great owner knows when to support entrepreneurs with knowledge and resources – and when to step back. This belief is our driving force: to be the owners we would have wanted ourselves, and to build a leading group of truly outstanding software companies in the Nordics. We began our journey with the conviction that there is significant untapped potential in established SaaS companies operating in niche vertical markets.

Our mission
Our mission is to identify, acquire and further develop successful software companies. We focus on businesses with proven business models and a strong presence within their respective niches. By contributing our expertise and resources, we help these companies realise their full potential.

Our approach
Long-term perspective: We believe in sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Our goal is not short-term gains, but to build robust businesses that can grow and thrive over time.

Vertical expertise: By focusing on vertical markets, we build deep knowledge and create new opportunities across our portfolio companies.

Nordic roots: With Nordic roots, we understand the unique conditions and opportunities in our region. This gives us a competitive advantage in developing and scaling Nordic SaaS companies.

Our future
Nordtech aims to become the partner of choice for successful SaaS entrepreneurs looking to take their companies to the next level. Through our unique combination of capital, expertise and network, we are well positioned to drive innovation and growth across the Nordic software sector.
